Refund policy

If you are a consumer and purchased from the epix.plus online store, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To withdraw from the agreement, please contact us at info@epix.design. In your message, please include your order number and specify which goods the withdrawal relates to.

To meet the 14 day withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal no later than on the final day of this period.

Returning the goods

After withdrawing from the agreement, the goods must be sent back or returned to us no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Please return the goods complete, clean and in their original packaging.

The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functionality.

Goods that cannot be returned

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified by law, in particular to goods that have been made or modified according to the customer’s individual requirements or adapted to their personal needs.

For epix.plus products, this may include products that have been prepared or modified individually according to a specific customer request and are not part of our standard product range.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply, for example, to goods that have, due to their nature, been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

Damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods

We recommend checking your order upon delivery.

If you find that the goods are damaged, defective or you have received a different item from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@epix.design.

Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal from the agreement, we will refund all payments received from you no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
